The Texas Alcoholic Beverage Commission requires that every person applying for a Retail Dealer's On-Premise License within 1,000 feet of a public school property line needs to execute a Texas ABC Conduct Surety Bond  before licensure can occur.  Please refer to the Texas Alcoholic Beverage Codes Chapter's 11, 61, and 69 for more information.
