This application is set up for contractors who need Bid Bonds, Performance Bonds, and Payment Bonds or simply need to establish a bonding line for future contracts.
We will accept applications from clients with good and challenged credit. If your credit is low, then the only option available with this application will be collateralized bonding.
This standard program is available in all areas of the United States with the exceptions of California, Hawaii and New York City which will all require collateral.
Performance Bonds guarantee completion of a job according to the terms of the contract. A payment bond may also be required. The owner of the property, also known as the obligee will be the beneficiary if the contractor does not complete the job.
A bid bond, if it is required, guarantees the obligee that the winning bidder will execute the contract and provide any of the requested surety bonds, such as performance, payment and maintenance bond if required.
Bond approvals, like loans are based on personal credit, financial strength of the owner, bond amount and type of bond. The more information you provide, the better chance you have of getting the lowest available price and a faster approval.
