Pennsylvania Wrestling Promoter Surety Bond

The Pennsylvania State Athletic Commission requires that a promoter of a wrestling event obtain a surety bond prior to the date the event is to take place. Mandated by subpart C of the state’s Wrestling Act, this bond ensures that a promoter of a wrestling event will fulfill its contractual obligations “with an entity in charge of an arena or other facility at which the exhibition is held.”

 The required amount of the bond is $10,000.
