To become a licensed Auctioneer in the State of West Virginia, you must have a West Virginia Auctioneer Bond as explained in West Virgina Code Chapter 19-2C-05.

In addition to the West Virginia Auctioneer Bond, you must also meet occupational and educational requirements as set forth in the above code.

Bonds Express offers an West Virginia Auctioneer Bond with a 100% approval rate.

With Bonds Express you are guaranteed pre-approved for the $10,000 West Virginia Auctioneer Bond for only $59 and it is valid for one year.  To assure the fastest approval possible, our underwriters will need a signed application including personal and business indemnity from you.

We also offer the West Virginia Auctioneer Bond in two and three year increments to save you money over the single year bond price.

The West Virginia Auctioneer Bond protects the party requesting the bond, the Obligee, against any financial losses as a result of poor financial decisions, damages, unethical decisions, or a failure to follow state and local laws on the part of you, the Principal.  These bonds hold you accountable for your business decisions.

By possessing a West Virginia Auctioneer Bond, you are telling your Obligee that you can be trusted as a Principal and that you stand behind your business decisions.
