Illinois Remittance Agent's Bond

The State of Illinois requires that any remittance agent requires a license to practice within the State.  To become licensed, you will need to execute an Illinois Remittance Agent's Bond under 625 ILSC Title 5, Chapter 3, Section 900.  Please check with the Office of the Illinois Secretary of State for more information regarding your required bond amount.
